Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses early mammalian embryo cryopreservation fluid and a cryopreservation method. The embryo cryopreservation fluid is prepared by mixing the following components: lecithin, ethylene glycol, saccharosan, sucrose, glycerin, polyethylene glycol, bovine serum albumin and EBSS buffer. The permeable cryopreservation fluid comprises lecithin, ethylene glycol and glycerin; the impermeable cryopreservation fluid comprises saccharosan, sucrose, polyethylene glycol and bovine serum albumin. The stability of the embryo cryopreservation fluid is maintained by utilizing the EBSS buffer.By improving the cryopreservation fluid formula, the toxicity of the cryopreservation fluid is reduced, the solution viscosity is improved, and the solution permeation efficiency is improved. According to the improved cryopreservation method, the cryopreservation vitrification rate is improved.
