Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a high voltage and high current-hybrid SiC-IGBT application unit, which comprises a cooling device, a hybrid SiC-IGBT power device, a driving board, an electrical connection component, an insulating component, an absorbing capacitor, a discharge resistor, a protection frame and a frame assembly, wherein the hybrid SiC-IGBT power device is arranged at one side of the coolingdevice in a single side mode; a frame assembly provided with the driving board is arranged at the other side of the cooling device; the absorbing capacitor and the discharge resistor are arranged atthe rear side of the cooling device; the hybrid SiC-IGBT power device, the absorbing capacitor and the discharge resistor are connected with the electrical connection component; the electrical connection component is provided with an output interface in butt joint with an external device; and the output interface is arranged above an insulating part.
