The invention discloses a motor cooler which comprises a box body, heat exchange tubes, an upper wind shield, a lower wind shield, inner air passage inlets, inner air passage outlets, outer air passage inlets and outer air passage outlets. The heat exchange tubes are laterally fixedly arranged inside the box body. Two ends of the heat exchange tubes are communicated with the outside air through two side walls of the box body to form the outer air passage inlets and the outer air passage outlets. The inner air passage inlets are arranged at the bottom of the box body close to the side of the outer air passage outlets. The inner air passage outlets are arranged at the bottom of the box body close to the side of the outer air passage inlets. The upper wind shield is fixedly arranged on the heat exchange tube on the top layer. The lower wind shield is fixedly arranged on the heat exchange tube on the bottom layer.
