Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a low-voltage motor forming coil insulation structure comprising an upper coil end portion, a flat copper wire, a second polyimide film and an iron core groove. An upper coil lead is connected to the right side of the upper coil end portion; a lower coil lead is arranged below the upper coil lead; a lower coil end portion is connected to the left side of the lower coil lead; and a straight coil line is connected to the left side of the lower coil end portion. The flat copper wire is embedded into the straight coil line; a Tongma epoxy glass powder mica tape coats the outer side of the flat copper wire; a first polyimide film coats the outer side of the Tongma epoxy glass powder mica tape; and the second polyimide film coats the outer side of the upper coil end portion. The iron core groove is formed in the lower coil end portion.
