The invention provides a multi-pulse combination method for SAR imaging and moving target detection simultaneously which comprises the following steps: dividing multi-pulse into a plurality of pulse groups, wherein the plurality of pulse groups form a cyclic group to be circularly transmitted and coded and the width of sub-pulses contained in each pulse group is equal, two adjacent sub-pulses areused as a receiving window, the width of an interface window is an integer multiple of the width of the sub-pulses and is smaller than the width corresponding to all the sub-pulses contained in each pulse group; receiving an echo signal based on the receiving window; determining an initial decoding position of the cyclic group according to the operation mode, and constructing a grouping integer coefficient matrix of the received echo signal according to the initial decoding position to recover a target signal.
