Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a high-voltage cable lead seal eddy current testing method based on wavelet transform. An eddy current flaw detector is utilized to a series of high-voltage cable connectors having different flaw depths to acquire detection signals; the original detection signals are denoised via wavelet transform to obtain denoised signals under different flaw depths; amplitude A 1 of thedenoised signals upon zero flaw of lead seals and amplitude A2 of the denoised signals under the different flaw depths are read, difference A0=A2-A1 is calculated; a change in the amplitude of the denoised signals under the different flaw depths is calculated; a change curve of the signal amplitude difference over flaw depth is drawn; the flaw depths of high-voltage cable lead seals can be judgedby checking out the change curve during detection. The eddy current test technique, the wavelet transform denoising technique and the difference process are utilized to judge the flaw depths of the cable connector lead seals;
