Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an OLED light source-based optical dissolved oxygen sensor probe and a manufacturing method thereof. The OLED light source-based optical dissolved oxygen sensor probe comprisesa cylindrical probe shell, and a cathode, a transparent anode, an oxygen sensitive fluorescent film and a photodiode encapsulated in the probe shell. The probe further comprises an OLED light source.The cathode, the transparent anode, the oxygen sensitive fluorescent film and the photodiode are laminated successively and through holes are formed in the middles of the cathode, the OLED light source and the transparent anode; the photodiode is embedded into the through hole and penetrates the cathode, the OLED light source and the transparent anode; the OLED light source comprises an excitinglight source and a reference light source.
