The invention discloses an asphalt mixture double shear testing apparatus which comprises a double shear clamp used for clamping an asphalt mixture test piece to perform a shear test. The double shearclamp comprises a movable middle panel and two side panels; the side panels are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the middle panel; two cavities used for placing the asphalt mixture testpiece are formed between the middle and the two side panels respectively; the double shear clamp further comprises a bottom panel and two guide mechanisms; the bottom panel is fixed on a mechanical testing machine; and the two guide mechanisms are used for guiding the middle panel to move.
