Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the field of illumination, and in particular, relates to an LED lamp tube and a machining process thereof. In the LED lamp tube for dissipating heat by using gas, a no-power supply core column is arranged at one end of a glass lamp tube, and a power supply wire core column is arranged at the other end; the no-power supply core column and the power supply wire core column are made of glass, and are sealed with the glass lamp tube through melting to form sealed space; the sealed space is filled with helium; one end of a power supply wire in the power supply wire core column is connected with a driving board, and the other end is connected with a lamp pin; and a thermal insulation mica chip is arranged on the side, near the driving board, of the power supply wire corecolumn.
