Device and method for preparing insulating oil immersed insulating paper

The invention provides a device and method for preparing insulating oil immersed insulating paper. The device comprises a vacuum sealing tank, an oil pool and an insulating oil storage tank; the oil pool is arranged in the vacuum sealing tank and is used for holding insulating oil and insulating paper; an air hole is formed in the top of the vacuum sealing tank, and a vacuum pump is connected withthe air hole; an oil inlet is formed in the upper part of the side wall of the vacuum sealing tank, and the insulating oil storage tank is connected with the oil pool by the oil inlet by virtue of anoil pipe so that the insulating oil in the insulating oil storage tank is injected into the oil pool; and the oil pipe is provided with an oil inlet valve. The invention further provides the method for preparing the insulating oil immersed insulating paper. The device is equipment capable of achieving an effect of sufficiently immersing oil and is capable of eliminating experimental disturbance,reducing experimental error
