Textile dyeing process

The invention discloses a textile dyeing process. The textile dyeing process comprises the following steps: (1) performing the steaming bath for a to-be-dyed textile for 10 min at normal pressure, andcompletely wetting the textile; (2) mixing dye and water, heating for 8 to 15 min at a stirring state, and keeping at a constant temperature after the temperature of the dye reaches 260 DEG C; (3) transferring the high-temperature dye to a pressure spray gun, spraying the high-temperature dye to various parts of the wetted textile until the saturation and until no dye liquid drops; (4) placing adyed crude product in a high-temperature steaming machine, fixing the dyed crude product, spraying high-temperature air onto the surface of the dyed crude product, so that the dye on the surface of the textile can be sufficiently dissolved in the textile; and (5) finally taking out the textile, shaking cooling, washing, ironing, and stereotyping.
