The invention discloses a short fiber extracting device. The short fiber extracting device comprises a rack, wherein a first motor is mounted on one side of the rack; an output end of the first motoris connected with a drilling roll; a driven roll is arranged over the driving roll; a mounting bin is arranged at the top end of the rack; a cylinder is mounted in the mounting bin; an output end of the cylinder is connected with a telescopic rod; and the tail end of the telescopic rod is connected with a pressure plate.
