Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a process for producing modified wire enamel for improving surface particles and accumulated wools. The process comprises the following steps: a, mixing wire enamel, organic silicon modified phenolic resin and corona-resistant nano-powder in a weight ratio of 100:2:1.5, heating to 65-75 DEG C, and stirring at a speed of 1500-2500r/m to obtain a mixture; and b, filtering themixture at a precision of 2mu m to obtain the modified wire enamel. The modified wire enamel can be used for improving the surface quality of wire enamel, reducing defects of particles and accumulated wools in the producing process, improving the wire enamel product quality and reducing the quality loss cost.
