Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a super-hydrophobic wear-resistant coating and a preparation method thereof. The method includes steps: step one, mixing copper sulfate, methylacryloyloxyethyl phosphate and vinyl terephthalic acid, adding into ethyl alcohol, and well stirring to obtain a first mixture; step two, mixing water, diethylene triaminepentaacetic acid dianhydride and ethyl orthosilicate, heatingto 200-300 DEG C, keeping for 4-6h, adding zinc oxide, manganese dioxide and licorice, and well stirring magnetically to obtain a second mixture; step three, well mixing the first mixture with the second mixture, and adding tetraethylenepentamine to obtain coating; step four, soaking a substrate into the coating, and placing at the normal temperature for 12h or longer to obtain the coating. Due toadding of licorice, a hydrophobic angle is increased while a roll angle is decreased, and accordingly super-hydrophobicity is achieved.
