Deep dehydration pretreatment process for landfill sludge

The invention relates to a deep dehydration pretreatment process for landfill sludge. The deep dehydration pretreatment process comprises the following steps of (1) performing viscosity measurement onexcess sludge of a sewage treatment plant to obtain a sludge viscosity standard range; (2) diluting to-be-treated landfill sludge based on the sludge viscosity standard range obtained in step (1), then measuring the viscosity of the to-be-treated landfill sludge so that the viscosity of the diluted landfill sludge is within the sludge viscosity standard range and is smaller than a maximum value of the sludge viscosity standard range; and (3) adding a chemical conditioning agent to the diluted landfill sludge, conditioning and then dehydrating the diluted landfill sludge to obtain the deep dehydration pretreatment sludge having a water content of less than 60%, and recycling the sludge dehydration liquid for diluting the landfill sludge.
