Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method of preparing a Y molecular sieve by a waste MTP catalyst. The method comprises the following steps: (1) crushing the waste MTP catalyst into fine powder, mixing the waste MTP catalyst fine powder with 1-5 mol/L alkali liquor in a mass ratio of 1: (5-20) and stirring the mixture uniformly to obtain slurry; (2) adding a proper amount of a guiding agent and water intothe slurry in the step (1), uniformly mixing the mixture to obtain a turbid liquid, and then transferring the turbid liquid into a hydrothermal kettle to be crystallized; and (3) after crystallization, cooling, washing, drying and roasting the crystallized product to obtain a final product. The method takes the waste MTP catalyst as the raw material without adding a silicon source and an aluminumsource additionally.
