Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a bidirectional unstacking and taking device and bidirectional cargo unstacking equipment, and relates to the technical field of unstacking equipment. The bidirectional unstacking and taking device comprises a supporting structure, a connecting structure, a first unstacking and taking part, a second unstacking and taking part and at least two lifting structures. One end ofthe connecting structure is connected to the supporting structure. One side of the first unstacking and taking part and one side of the second unstacking and taking part are rotationally connected tothe end, away from the supporting structure, of the connecting structure. The two ends of at least one lifting structure are connected to the supporting structure and the side, away from the second unstacking and taking part, of the first unstacking and taking part correspondingly. The two ends of at least one lifting structure are connected to the supporting structure and the side, away from thefirst unstacking and taking
