Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a nanometer composite anti-adhesion surgical mesh and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: compounding a warp mesh and a nanofiber membrane by virtue of electrostatic spinning so as to prepare the nanometer composite anti-adhesion surgical mesh, wherein an electrostatic spinning solution for electrostatic spinning is mainly composed of collagens, PEO, hexafluoroisopropanol and acetic acid; and the warp mesh is made from polypropylene, polyvinylidene fluoride or expanded polytetrafluoroethylene. The prepared nanometer composite anti-adhesion surgical mesh has a composite layer structure and comprises a warp mesh layer and a nanofiber membrane layer adjacent to each other, the thickness of the nanofiber membrane is 0.7-1.8 microns, and the diameter of fibers in the nanofiber membrane is 254-597nm.
