Zusammenfassung:	The damp-proof reflection reducing coating for potassium chloride features that its first layer is sodium fluoride with thickness of 1.7-2.25 micrometers and its second layer is magnetically controlled sputtered diamond coating with thickness of 500-1000 Angstroms. It has advantages of low reflectivity and absorptivity to 10.6 micrometers, high threshold of continuous CO2 laser damage and deliquescence resistance, and is suitable for high-power (KW or higher) CO2 laser KCl window and lens, and optical devices or materials.
