The method comprises the following steps: deriving SnP parameters of an antenna radiator; Setting an antenna matching circuit and a simulation model of an antenna switch according to SnP parameters of the antenna radiator; Calculating a voltage value of a preset voltage monitoring point of theantenna switch in each control state according to SnP parameters of the antenna switch corresponding to each control state of the simulation model and the antenna switch; A maximum voltage value of voltage value of preset voltage monitoring point in all control states is compared with a voltage threshold value, and if that maximum voltage value reaches the voltage threshold value, the antenna switch has an overvoltage risk. The invention evaluates the voltage of the antenna switch to determine whether there is the risk of overvoltage, avoids the problem of sudden deterioration of antenna performance due to overvoltag
