Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a method for evaluating an ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene resin using an on-line rheometer. The method comprises the steps of analyzing the on-line viscosity of the ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene resin, then preparing a lithium battery diaphragm by thermally induced phase separation and biaxial stretching or preparing fibers by extract, drying and multistage stretching, and analyzing the properties thereof to obtain a corresponding relationship between the on-line viscosity of the resin and the film formability of the diaphragm or the spinnability ofthe fibers. Thus, the film formability, spinnability, and the like of the ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene can be judged through the on-line viscosity of the resin. Compared with the prior art,the method has the advantages of simplicity, good effect and the like.
