Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a force/torque sensor calibration method based on fiber bragg gratings. The calibration method includes the steps that (1) three fiber bragg gratings (two gratings are distributed on each fiber bragg grating) are arranged at the tail end of an ophthalmology microsurgery instrument in the axial direction at intervals, wherein the included angle between the adjacent fiber bragg gratings on the cross section of the instrument tail end is 120 degrees; (2) the X axis and the Y axis are established, and changes of force and the wave length in the pressing process of the instrument tail end are obtained; (3) changes of the torque and the wave length in the axial-direction torsion process of the instrument tail end are obtained; (4) the relationship of the wave length changes after the force, the torque and the difference of the instrument tail end is established; (5) the accuracy of a sensor is calibrated.
