Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of comprehensive utilization of solid waste resources, and specifically discloses a quasi-circular aggregate for a gypsum-based self-leveling floor and a preparation method of the quasi-circular aggregate. The quasi-circular aggregate comprises an intermediate and a coating layer, wherein the intermediate is made of water-quenched copper ore smelting waste slag particles; the coating layer is prepared from slurry containing fly ash, red mud, caustic soda, ash calcium and a naphthalene water reducing agent; the intermediate and the coating slurry areadded into a pan-type granulator, the outer layer of the intermediate is uniformly wrapped with the coating slurry to form quasi-circular particles, and the quasi-circular particles are dried by utilizing exhaust flue gas from boiler combustion to obtain the quasi-circular aggregate for the gypsum-based self-leveling floor.
