The method comprises the following steps: (a) mounting an aerating apparatus; (b) delivering compressed air; (c) adding an algae removal agent. According to the method disclosed by the invention, wastewater in an evaporation pond is treated, anaerobic bacteria in the wastewater can be inhibited and killed, and odor produced in the normal metabolism process of green alga in the wastewater can be eliminated.
