Repair method of air cooling roller of high-line cooling bed

The invention relates to a repair method of an air cooling roller of a high-line cooling bed. The repair method comprises the following repair steps: (1) the step root parts of damaged parts at two ends are sawn off, and only the middle part is remained; and according to actual sizes of two removed ends, multiple parts are combined to embed at two ends of the remained middle part, so that the usefunction of the air cooling roller is recovered again; (2) all the parts are embedded and mounted from left to right; firstly, a mandrel is mounted in an end surface hole of the remained middle part of the air cooling roller; then, a pressing flange is mounted on the mandrel, and is locked on the remained middle part of the air cooling roller by using a round head screw; then, a heat dissipating piece sleeves the mandrel; finally, a stop gasket and a round nut are mounted for tensioning the mandrel and pressing the heat dissipating piece; and the mounting sequence at the right end is the samewith that at the left end;
