Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a production method of novel honeyed red ginseng slices. The production method is used for stored processing of ginseng. The method overcomes the characteristics that the honeyed red ginseng slices obtained in the prior art are overly sweet in mouth feel, and deficient in amino acid derivatives, rare sapinogenins and the like. The production method comprises the productionmethods of 1, sorting ginseng and cutting the sorted ginseng into ginseng slices; 2, steaming the ginseng slices; 3, removing water from honey, and enabling auxiliary materials of amino acids and citric acids to dissolve; 4, boiling the honey without water and the auxiliary materials at certain temperature, and after boiling, performing diluting with water; 5, immersing the red ginseng slices inthe honey; and 6, heating the red ginseng slices, and performing draining to remove the honey, so that the product is obtained.
