Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a preparation method of pear syrup bubble milk tea. The preparation method comprises the following specific steps of (1) stirring pear syrup, xylitol and water while performing heating to a boiling state to obtain a mixture, adding tapioca while the mixture is hot, performing stirring, performing kneading and performing cooling to obtain pear syrup bubbles; (2) performingextracting on black tea to obtain tea soup; and (3) boiling over the fresh milk, adding the boiled fresh milk to the tea soup, then adding the pear syrup bubbles, the pear syrup and the xylitol, and performing uniform stirring, so that the pear syrup bubble milk tea is prepared. The pear syrup bubble milk tea is rich in tea fragrance and pear fragrance, and the pear syrup bubbles are smooth, sweetrather than greasy; the sugar degree is 6.8% or below, and the sugariness is moderate. The pear syrup is used for replacing conventional brown sugar to prepare the pear syrup bubbles, and the pear syrup bubbles have a certain
