The micro laser cavity comprises a high-voltage gas source, a gas voltage-stabilizing controller, a nozzle device, a discharging cavityand an exhaust device connected in order; working gas is reserved in the high-voltage gas source; the gas voltage-stabilizing controller performs pressure and flow adjusting on the working gas; the nozzle device controls the working gas to uniformly flow into the discharging cavity according to the preset pressure and flow value; the exhaust device discharges the discharged working gas from the laser cavity; the nozzle device and the exhaust device respectively control gas inlet and gas outlet flow according to pressure size in the discharging cavity, and the pressure in the discharging cavity is stabilized in the preset range.
