The system comprises a metal fuel storage system, a fuel addition driving system and a battery stack fuel quantity monitoring system, wherein the metal fuel storage system is used for storing metal fuel particle, the fuel addition driving system is used for driving the metal fuel storage system to add the metal fuel particle into a battery stack, the battery stack fuel quantity monitoring system is used for monitoring fuel margin of the battery stack, generating an addition instruction when the fuel margin is smaller than a first preset value, controlling the fuel addition driving system to start addition according to the addition instruction, generating a stop instruction when the fuel margin is larger than a second preset value and controlling the fuel addition driving system to stop addition according to the stop instruction, and the second preset value is larger than the first preset value. By the system, the automatic fue
