The control mechanism comprises an oil tray of a sewing machine and further comprises an oil pump, wherein the oiltray is provided with an oil chamber, the oil pump is provided with a pump oil supply chamber with one end connected with the oil chamber and a pump oil return chamber with one end connected with theoil chamber, and the other end of the pump oil supply chamber and the other end of the pump oil return chamber are both used for being connected with a part needing to be lubricated in the sewing machine. The on-off control of the oil pump is independent of the start-stop control of the sewing machine, the turn-on of the oil pump is earlier than the start of operation of the sewing machine, and the turn-off of the oil pump is later than the stop of operation of the sewing machine.
