The carbon fiber pipe lap joint method comprises the following steps that S1, when a first carbon fiber pipe and a second carbon fiber pipe are forming, reinforcing pipes wraps the inner wall of the first carbon fiber pipe and the inner wall of the second carbon fiber pipe by using a mould; and S2, firstly, a third carbon fiber pipe issoaked in a pre-leaching solution, then the two ends of the third carbon fiber pipe are inserted into inner cavities of the reinforcing pipes on the end surface of the first carbon fiber pipe and theend surface of the second carbon fiber pipe respectively, so that the end surface of the first carbon fiber pipe and the end surface of the second carbon fiber pipe are attached to each other.
