The invention discloses a rice washing device which comprises a rice washing groove of a horizontal cylindrical structure. A rice water inlet is formed in the top of the rice washing groove, and a rice water separation runner is arranged in the rice washing groove. A horizontal rotating shaft of the rice water separation runner is connected with a motor rotating shaft arranged on the outer side ofa rice washing groove end cover. Multiple partition plates are arranged on the circumferential face of the horizontal rotating shaft in a radial manner at equal intervals, and a water filtering net is arranged between every two adjacent separation plates. The two ends of the water filtering nets and the two ends of the separation plates are connected with end heads arranged on the horizontal rotating shaft, and water storage cavities formed in the inner sides of the water filtering nets communicate with a water outlet formed in the end head on one side.
