The glittering and translucent cleansing essence composition is a three-layer composition formed by upper, medium and lower three layers of the raw materials, wherein the upper layer raw material is the vegetable oil, the medium layer raw material is the PEG-7 glyceryl cocoate, and the lower layer raw material is the polyhydric alcohol, the pigment, the preservative and the water.
