Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a programmable time amplifier. The programmable time amplifier comprises a time-to-digital converter circuit (TDC) and a time amplifier (TA), wherein two input ends of the TDCare externally connected with an input START and an input STOP respectively; Q to Q signal output ends of the TDC are correspondingly connected with Q to Q signal input ends of the TA oneby one; and a DCO signal output end of the TDC is correspondingly connected with a DCO signal input end of the TA. The gain N of the TA is controlled through a digital control part. When a jump pointof the TDC is in the front, N stages of XOR gate outputs after the jump point are accumulated. When the jump point of the TDC is in the back, N stages of XOR gate outputs before the jump point are accumulated.
