The invention relates to a limited rotation angle wire harness holding device which is mainly used for realizing reliable extraction of a wire harness between two components with relative rotation such as a shaft and a shaft seat. The limited rotation angle wire harness holding device comprises a stator side shell, a rotor side shell, a stator side cover plate, a rotor side gear, a wire harness tensioning disc, a transmission gear, a rotor side wire clamp and a stator side wire clamp.
