Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a management system for a welding wire production process. The management system comprises the following components of an online monitoring module; an operator module; a data storage module which is connected with the online monitoring module; a manager module which is connected with the operator module; a production state control module which is connected with the operatormodule; and a production process control module which is respectively connected with the data storage module, the operator module and the manager module. The invention further provides a welding wireproduction process control method and a welding wire production system. The invention provides the management system for the welding wire production process by which the information such as the production process, important parameters and semi-finished product characteristics in the welding wire production process can be collected, stored and transmitted in time, the production accidents caused byimproper mastering of the
