The method comprises the steps that a server plans a moving route of the movable temperature adjusting device according to room information of a room which the movable temperature adjusting device is located in and the current position of the movable temperature adjusting device, and the server sends the moving route to the movable temperature adjusting device, and therefore the movable temperature adjusting device can move according to the moving route.
