The invention provides a bracket pulling device for withdrawal of a hydraulic bracket on a fully mechanized coal mining face. The bracket pulling device comprises a connecting device, a fixing device,a rotating device, a lazy arm and a lazy arm pushing device in sequence from back to front, and further comprises an up-down rotating jack, a left-right rotating jack, a lazy arm pushing rotating jack and a connecting lug plate; the rotating device is rotatably fixed to the fixing device on the horizontal plane; the lazy arm is rotatably fixed to the rotating device on the vertical plane; the lazy arm pushing device is retractably fixed to the lazy arm through the lazy arm pushing rotating jack; the two ends of the left-right rotating jack are fixed to the fixing device and the rotating device correspondingly; the two ends of the up-down rotating jack are rotatably fixed to the rotating device and the lazy arm correspondingly on the vertical plane; and the bracket pulling device is connected with a shielding supp
