The invention relates to a tie-dyeing jeans garment production method by dyeing of isatis root plant dyes. The method includes the steps: folding a jeans garment dyed by the isatis root plant dyes into an organ folding structure with the width of 10-60mm, fixedly winding two ends of a whole jeans garment or any local position into a rope, closely tying the two ends by the aid of a cotton swab thread or manila rope, and placing the portion wound into the rope into a dye vat to perform dyeing; dyeing the jeans garments into dark blue by the aid of the isatis root plant dyes, or into black by theaid of medicine terminalia fruit plant dyes, or into green black or brilliant green by the aid of eucalyptus leaf extraction plant dyes, or into purple by the aid of shikonin or shellac plant dyes indyeing, and fixing color after dyeing.
