Circular blade wheels which rotate with the transmission shafts are respectively arranged on the pair of transmission shafts, the edges of the blade wheels are provided with blade edges, the blade edges of the two blade wheels are close to each other, one side of the transmission shaft is provided with a pair of leveling rollers, the leveling rollers are used for enabling the cloth to smoothly enter the blade wheel, the other side of the transmission shaft is provided with a pair of traction rollers, the traction rollers are rotationally connected with the frame, and the traction rollers are used for drawing the cloth out of the blade wheel.
