Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a high-strength die-casting aluminum alloy for heat dissipation and a preparation method thereof. The high-strength die-casting aluminum alloy is prepared form the materials inpercentage by weight: 1.0-3.0% of Si, 5.0-15.0% of Zn, 0.1-2.0% of Mg, 0.1-2.0% of Cu, 0.01-0.06% of Sr, 0.01-0.1% of B and the balance of aluminum and impurities. The preparation method includes thesteps that the materials are fed in a smelting furnace according to the measurement ratio, the mixture is heated until being melted, air and the impurities are removed and then still standing is conducted, the temperature is controlled at 650-750 DEG C, high-temperature melt is poured into an injection chamber for vacuum die-casting, and a casting is subjected to natural ageing treatment.
