The preparation method ofthe graphene reinforced aluminum matrix composite material comprises the following steps that (1) a reinforced phase and matrix powder are mixed to obtain a raw material mixture; the reinforced phaseis graphene or graphene oxide; and (2) the raw material mixture is arranged in an aluminum matrix cladding in a filling mode, and friction extrusion is carried out to obtain the graphene reinforced aluminum matrix composite material.
