Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a steel guide band decarbonizing technological method. The method comprises the following steps that 1) a workpiece to be processed is placed into a vacuum furnace and heated to 1000 DEG C-1200 DEG C; 2) heat preservation is carried out for 2 hours; 3) the workpiece is slowly cooled to room temperature along with the furnace and is taken out of the furnace; 4) the workpieceis placed into a decarbonization furnace and heated to 800 DEG C for decarbonization; 5) heat preservation is carried out for 5 hours; and 6) the workpiece is slowly cooled to room temperature alongwith the furnace.
