Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a recombinant attenuated salmonella LH430, as well as a preparation method and use thereof. A target gene is cloned to a pMD-18-T vector by using an MEL (Melittin) gene and anRGD (Tumor-Targeted Peptide) gene; after a shuttle vector is linearly recombined, a recombinant eukaryotic expression vector pEGFP-RGD-MEL is constructed and is transformed into a competent LH430, andthe recombinant attenuated salmonella LH430 containing the abovementioned target gene is constructed; and a melanoma cell B16 is infected by using the recombinant attenuated salmonella LH430, so thatthe melanoma cell B16 expresses the RGD-MEL gene. The tumor suppression effect of the RGD-MEL gene co-expressed attenuated salmonella LH430 on the B16 cell is evaluated.
