According to the application of the inhibition, knockout and/or expression genes for improving the pyruvic acid metabolic pathway product and improving the expression amount of the monoclonal antibody, a new strategy that an escherichiacoli (E. coli) auto-metabolic pathway may influence expression of a full-length IgG (Immunoglobulin G) antibody isproposed for the first time by taking E. coli MG1655 as an original strain, the influence of a pyruvic acid metabolic pathway in escherichia coli on the expression of the IgG is explained, meanwhilean sRNA (soluble Ribonucleic Acid) technology is introduced to control the expression of the genes, the yield of the IgG antibody is further improved, and a theoretical basis is provided for industrial production in future.
