The solar battery toughening encapsulating material is prepared from, by weight part, 20-70 parts of fiber cloth and 80-30 parts of resin mixture solvent. The preparation method of the solar battery toughening encapsulating material comprises the following steps of preparing resin glue, and proportionally mixing resin and curing agent to obtain the resin mixture solvent; uniformly immersing the fiber cloth inside the resin mixture solvent, passing the immersed fiber cloth through glue extruding rollers, controlling thecontent of resin, then feeding the extruded fiber cloth into a drying oven for removing solvent volatile matters so that the resin can be in a semi-cured state; discharging the material out of the drying oven, shearing and orderly arranging the material onto a storage rack; applying prepared fiber-reinforced plastic adhesive sheets as the solar battery toughening encapsulating material.
