Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a method of preparing a long carbon chain triazine ultraviolet absorber containing ether bond at a low temperature. The method comprises steps of reacting a compound of formulaI and a compound of formula II at 65-70 DEG C in the presence of inorganic base to obtain an intermediate compound of formula III; and reacting the intermediate and C8-14 alcohol at 25-35 DEG C in thepresence of boron trifluoride etherate to obtain a target compound IV. The method has the advantages of lowering reaction temperature remarkably, reducing dosage of catalyst, being easy to operate, being lower in production cost, and being suitable for industrial production. The formula I, formula II, formula III, formula IV are shown in the description.
