The invention discloses a pull-loop component of a float. The component comprises a load-bearing part, a lining cloth, a backing cloth and a reinforcing lining cloth wherein the load-bearing parts include the plane area and the pull-loop area; the flat area is arranged between the lining cloth and the bottom lining cloth; the bottom lining is fixed on the float; reinforced linings are fixed on thelinings; the pull-loop area extends beyond the stiffener.
