The platinum-rhodium alloy ingot with low porosity, no shrinkage porosity and high density is obtained by a smelting exhaust method of vacuuming, induction melting, deoxidizer adding, slowly solidifying, argon filling, vacuuming, induction melting and multiple cycles under the condition of only providing an ordinary mechanical pump.
