Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the field of nanofluidic chips, and particularly discloses a nano-particle ordering device based on dielectrophoresis force driving. The nano-particle ordering device comprises an inlet passage, a type I ordering structure, and an outlet passage. Electrodes are embedded in the lower boundary of the inlet passage and the upper boundary of the outlet passage. An ordering method adopted by the invention is as follows: as out-of-order particles flow through the type I ordering structure, the particles in the fluid receives dielectrophoresis force. The drive turns the particles until the normal symmetrical central line of the particles is in the same direction as the normal symmetrical central line of the ordering device, and moreover, the particles flow out along the central line of the ordering device. On the basis, the same type of out-of-order particles can be consistent in direction and movement track. The advantages of the invention are as follows: the ordering device can operate by |
